She is a daughter of Irina Vitalevna Blagova‚ born in 1958. Her father was Valery Pavlovich Novikov‚ who died in 1999. In papers aunt is mentioned. Her name is Svetlana Valerevna Golubeva. Sergey was placed in State Educational body "Home for Children" in Holuy. He was adopted by American family in 2007.
