It says on the papers that i should have some siblings too

410. TonePatri : People are not sure about when I was born‚ so I can be older and younger - they just gave a date based on my development. My full name in Colombia was Karen Patricia Quintana. I am born in Valledupar (Cesar). I was adopted 23.9 - 1992. My adoptive parents had a lawyer named Esther Christina Canales Medina. The name of the institution is Instituto colombiano de bienestar familiar (I.C.B.F) Centro Zonal de Valledupar. 5th of december 1991 I was taken to a doctor named Alberto Esmeral Ariza. It says in my papers that my mum left me when I was 8 moths. I lived witha lady named Carmen Rodriguez Ortiz for a few years‚ and then i lived with Marqueza Corzo in a orphanage. Then I got adopted.
413. Claudia78 : I was born on 1st July 1978 as Claudia Esmeralda Llanos Rivera to Jerman and Astrid Llanos Rivera in Bogota‚ Colombia.
I have - had - 3 other siblings - An older sister (Ingrid)‚ my only brother (Diego) and a younger sister (Carolina). I did not get on with my sisters but my relationship with Diego was slightly better.
We were all separated after my father walked out on his family‚ leaving my terminally ill mourner to cope alone with 4 children under 7/8 and no job. I was told my sisters went to my father’s mother and I never knew where my brother was‚ but encountered him one day as he was running away from some kids who were chasing him. I could not help him as I was also in a difficult situation. Sadly‚ that is the key time I saw him.
I understand my mother passed away from a terminal disease back in the late 80s after bring up on the streets.
After spending some time in the "care" of literal strangers‚ I ended up in an orphanage in Bogota which was known as El Amparo de Las Niñas (or De Los Niños) and was the adopted in late 1986 and taken out of Colombia.
Some years ago‚ I tried searching for my brother‚ Diego on social media but had no luck.
I think my birth father may have also passed away by now‚ but I guess I’ll never know.
414. DDPC80 : I was born in Pereira‚ Risaralda‚ Colombia. Adopted in 1981. I know I was the youngest of 4 or 5. Birth name Diana Duque.
I also know it may be complicated to get any information as the adoption office had a fire and many of the files were lost.
415. Coqui : I have recently discovered the corruption surrounding the orphanage I was born in. I am seeking to find my biological family or siblings to learn whether I was given up by choice or whether they were the victims of this corruption. I have always been curious about my roots‚ however‚ now it has become much more than my roots‚ but about these lost children in Colombia and the pain that has reverberated from the loss.
416. Coqui : I am looking for any siblings/half siblings I might have on either biological parent’s side. I don’t know if I have full siblings‚ or if any siblings (full or half) may have also been adopted.
I was matched with my birth mother just minutes after setting up my profile. It turns out that she had been searching for me for years. It's been a joy to connect with her and the rest of my biological family.
