I was too young to know what was happening at the time but from what I’ve heard‚ my mom walked out on us and my dad couldn’t cope so my second oldest brother Willie Vollenhoven who passed away several years ago took us myself and my other two brothers to the nearest police station and he gave them my aunts number and address my fathers sister. So they took us to my aunts place who is also deceased now. I grew up in Lentegeur with my aunt and her family. I don’t know any of my moms family only my dads side and they never met her family as far as I know.
