I now live in Australia and am desperate to find my father’s birth family, for my mother who is still alive and lives in Cape Town, and is suffering from dementia, but still has a fairly good long term memory. My father lived at Magdalena Home in Cape Town when he was born, but we are unsure at what age he was adopted by the du Toit family. My father did find out his birth mother’s name, Louwrina Klassina Horn. He thought his birth father’s surname was De Villiers (but this hasn’t been confirmed). My name is Melvyn du Toit.

I only found out about having a half brother when she passed away in 2012. I looked and searched for 2 years without any luck. If it is God’s will and meant to be we will find each other.

221. N9n8j : Her mother’s name is Tandy Caldin but that could be inaccurate. Her father is Loudon Cito, and she was adopted after birth by a priest in Austria. That is all i know.
