I know very little about her.... she met my dad when he was in the army based in Germany & she travelled to England with him briefly which is where I was born. Shortly after she returned to Germany leaving me with my father who unfortunately could not look after me. I was brought up by my father’s sister who had 3 other children at the time. I was approx 9 months old when this happened and have never had any contact with her. I am 42 this year and would love to find her or at least know something about her.

When was 15/16 I required a passport, and then discovered that my surname was Harland, not Walker as I was known. I was legally adopted by Dad, and recall attending Wetherby Magistrates Court to effect that. I have never felt the need to explore this until now, but sadly have no one alive who can give me the information.
