How to Unseal Adoption Records in Kansas

To protect my son from his angry father, I had Children and Youth Services (CYS) pick him up. My son was with a potential adoptive family, but something went wrong (I don’t know precisely what happened), and so he was removed from the home, and sent back to foster care. And that is when I lost contact with him. My hope is to reconnect with my little boy. I’m taking a huge risk to my mental health in an effort to find him.
