212. Ogiecat : Hello‚
I was born in September 1999 to a 27 year old woman named Nguyen Thi Lien. I was abandoned at the hospital in DaNang Vietnam on October 4‚ 1999 where I was then placed with the Malnourished Rehabilitation Center for Orphaned Children 30 days later (Director’s name Nguyen thi Anh Dao). I was weighing in at 2.7kg when I was abandoned and had a deformity in my left fingers. Any help is welcomed.
213. Lesleywoodman : I adopted my daughter born Sept 5th ‚ 2006 from an orphanage in Vung tau she was 2 1/2 years old when her mother left her at the orphanage. Her mother was an identical twin and approximately 6 months earlier her sister ( my daughters aunt) had placed a baby boy for adoption we believe he went to montreal canada. My daughter was named Ngan ngoc thi nguyen by her birth mother. She was very much loved by her mother who left her on the steps of the social services office with a bag of clothes and a note. Mother lived in a village and as Ngan was not born in a hospital her mother could not "legally" place her for adoption- having no papers of her birth. So she structured the abandonment and left her daughter for the authorities to assume responsibility. Mom was21 when she had Ngan and 23 when she left her . We have photos of mom‚ auntie‚ baby cousin‚ and the letter from mom to ngan.
215. Pnquisenberry : My son was born in Da Nang Vietnam on or about June 29th 2002. He was left at the Red Cross Orphanage and was found by the caretaker. The orphanage gave him the name Hoang Van Dung.

221. Chlzy : I was born in Vietnam and adopted internationally as an infant.
My official name at birth was Nguyen Thi Thanh Nga.
My official date of birth is 16 February 2003 (this date may have been estimated at the time of registration).
I was registered at birth in Pham Ngu Lao ward‚ Hai Duong Province‚ Vietnam.
I was under the care of the Hai Duong Social Protection Center (Trung tâm Bảo trợ Xã hội Hải Dương).
I received early medical care in Hanoi‚ including consultations at Thai Thinh Polyclinic (Phòng khám đa khoa Thái Thịnh) when I was approximately 3–4 months old.
I departed Vietnam from Noi Bai International Airport (Hanoi) on 24 May 2003‚ traveling to France.
My biological parents were not legally declared on my Vietnamese birth certificate.
I am registered here to gather factual information about my origins and remain open to respectful and discreet connections.

I was matched with my birth mother just minutes after setting up my profile. It turns out that she had been searching for me for years. It's been a joy to connect with her and the rest of my biological family.
