on abandoned child:
"I‚ Samokhina I. I.‚ chief of the newly born department‚ at presence of Chief physician of City maternity hospital No. 1 Sheherbakov O. I. and chief nurse of the newly born department Firsova L. I.‚ filed this report on the fact that on November 14‚ 2005 at 04:15 the citizen Dycherenko Natalia Mykolaivna‚ born 1976‚was brought into the hospital‚ who on November 14‚ 2005 at 02:20 had given birth outside of the hospital to premature girl of 1‚980 kg and 41 cm. On November 14‚ 2005 Dycherenko Natalia Mykolaivna left the hospital‚ leaving the child without any care. The child was transferred into City hospital No. 6‚ premature born department on November 14‚ 2005 at 13:00 with diagnose: prenatal infection. During the time of stay of the child in the City maternity hospital No. 1 neither Dycherenko Natalia Mykolaivna‚ nor other relatives have shown any interest in her son’s health‚ visited him‚ given any means for his treatment.

NOTES:
• No signature was given at the end‚ which is why is was left blank
• This message was written by the child mentioned in the report. My adopted name is Lena Hazleton. I was‚ as shown in the report‚ born on November 14‚ 2005 in Dnipropitrovsk‚ Ukraine. I am currently 21 yrs of age (adopted at the age of 5‚ in 2011)‚ and in search of my biological mother‚ Dycherenko Natalia Mykolaivna.
• If it’s helpful to know‚ there are typos on the report (for example‚ it says " girl" and then later switches to " her son’s health" and " him" I am obviously a girl/female‚which proves the typo. Or when it has mentioned my weight being 1‚ 980 kg‚ there was supposed to be a period‚ not a comma. So my weight is supposed to be 1.980 kg and 41 cm‚ which‚ if converted to pounds‚ that would have made me about 4 lb 6 oz as a baby. But there was a typo‚ so my weight mentioned may have been confusing to know.)
• It mentions my biological mother was born in 1976‚ making her 28-29 when she gave birth to me outside the hospital. Today‚ the year 2026‚ she would be 49-50 yrs. old.
• I‚ Lena Hazleton‚ do not have any contact with her or anyone related to her. But I am in search of her or whoever knows her personally‚ if she is still around. I want and NEED to find her.
•This is all I know and can give as far as information to find her.
333. Olivia01Natalia : My twin sister and I were put up for adoption right after we were born. We were adopted at 18 months old. All I know is that our birth parents names were Iryna and Oleksandr Kravchenko and he was a taxi driver. It said in the paperwork that we were the third pregnancy so I’d love to be able to find my parents or siblings!
334. NickCracks : I was born on March 25‚ 1998‚ and adopted from Mykolaiv (formerly Nikolaev)‚ Ukraine on March 3‚ 1999‚ at approximately one year old. In Ukraine‚ I was known by the name Ihor (Igor). I believe I was placed through a "House of the Child" baby orphanage in Mykolaiv‚ possibly the one located on Butomy Street. I was adopted alongside another orphan from the same orphanage‚ whose Ukrainian name was Vadim. I'm searching for any information about my birth parents‚ birth family‚ or the circumstances of my adoption. Any details about the orphanage‚ adoption facilitator‚ or region from that time period would be greatly appreciated.
335. OleksandrMartinenko : My birth name was Oleksandr Vasylovych Martynenko.
I was born on 5 July 1997 in Dnipropetrovsk‚ Ukraine‚ now called Dnipro.
According to my adoption documents‚ my biological mother was Rada Vasylivna Martynenko‚ and my maternal grandfather was Vasyl Ivanovych Martynenko. My documents state that they were gypsy.
I spent part of my early childhood in the Nikopol Baby House “Orlyonok” in Nikopol‚ Dnipropetrovsk region. I was adopted by an Italian family around the year 2000‚ when I was approximately three years old‚ and I grew up in Italy.
I am searching for my biological mother‚ my father‚ possible brothers or sisters‚ and any relatives connected to the Martynenko family in the Dnipro or Nikopol area. I have been told that I may have siblings who were placed in other institutions‚ but I do not know whether this information is accurate.
I would be grateful to hear from anyone who recognises these names‚ places‚ or details.
337. Raisa1 : searching biological family‚ father‚ mother‚ etc. Not sure of place of birth‚ adoption took place possibly in Zhmerinka or Brailov or Djurin‚ all in Ukraine‚ in early 60s‚ possibly 1961-1963. Biological mother supposedly died during or immediately after childbirth. She was in her early 20s. Was adopted by childless couple‚ Sonya and Roman Zarotsky
339. Raisa1 : adopted in vinnitsa region ukraine possibly shargorod or zhmerinka or some area close adoptive parents lived in djurin ukraine names roman and sonia
340. Marina_Custer : My current name is Julia Marina Custer Guiulfo. My actual name‚ given by my biological parents was Marina Borkovska Volodymyrivna. I was adopted the 24th of January in 2004 (when I was 3 years old (I was born in June 3rd‚ 1999.)
As far as I know‚ the orphanage I was in was called‚ Antonov‚ or something similar‚ in my home town‚ Gorlivka.
Unfortunately‚ the orphanage has probably long been destroyed by the Russian war‚ so I do not know if it still exists or if they moved somewhere else.
I would like to know my family‚ whether my mother is still alive (or my father) and get to understand my past‚ as I have a deep unsettling feeling of not knowing who I really am...
If you think you could help‚ contact me.
342. Pavlina27 : Hello, I am looking for a family member or someone who knows me. My name is Pavlina; I am 27 years old and was born on March 24, 1999, in Vynohradiv, in the Zakarpattia region. I lived with my biological mother for one year; she gave birth to me at home without registering my birth with the authorities. After a neighbor called, the police arrived. My biological father had been living in the house with two boys aged 10 to 12; he left, but after my mother was arrested, I was placed in an orphanage (the two boys were as well—possibly my half-brothers—but in a different orphanage). My mother’s name was Gabriella Kopilova Yossipivna, and mine was Pavlina Kopilova before my adoption. I lived in the orphanage for two years before being officially adopted on November 3, 2003, at which point I left Ukraine. The orphanage director was not well-regarded, and the caregivers even less so. I do not have fond memories of the place, but I wish to know about my past. My adoptive mother finalized a full adoption three years after my arrival; prior to that, it had been a simple adoption. Thank you.
