NOTES:
• No signature was given at the end‚ which is why is was left blank
• This message was written by the child mentioned in the report. My adopted name is Lena Hazleton. I was‚ as shown in the report‚ born on November 14‚ 2005 in Dnipropitrovsk‚ Ukraine. I am currently 21 yrs of age (adopted at the age of 5‚ in 2011)‚ and in search of my biological mother‚ Dycherenko Natalia Mykolaivna.
• If it’s helpful to know‚ there are typos on the report (for example‚ it says " girl" and then later switches to " her son’s health" and " him" I am obviously a girl/female‚which proves the typo. Or when it has mentioned my weight being 1‚ 980 kg‚ there was supposed to be a period‚ not a comma. So my weight is supposed to be 1.980 kg and 41 cm‚ which‚ if converted to pounds‚ that would have made me about 4 lb 6 oz as a baby. But there was a typo‚ so my weight mentioned may have been confusing to know.)
• It mentions my biological mother was born in 1976‚ making her 28-29 when she gave birth to me outside the hospital. Today‚ the year 2026‚ she would be 49-50 yrs. old.
• I‚ Lena Hazleton‚ do not have any contact with her or anyone related to her. But I am in search of her or whoever knows her personally‚ if she is still around. I want and NEED to find her.
•This is all I know and can give as far as information to find her.
I was matched with my birth mother just minutes after setting up my profile. It turns out that she had been searching for me for years. It's been a joy to connect with her and the rest of my biological family.
