We don’t have very much to go on tho we know that he was adopted from a hospital in Romania should have been around July in 1991. He would have been 18months old he had gotten sick and his parents couldn’t afford the medical bills. His adopted parents are from Vancouver island British Columbia Canada. We know his birth name was Varel Marcel Scofle. We are not 100% positive if the dates are exactly correct for his birthday.
