solicitor Alex Stewart (relative of Edward) handled the private adoption‚ birth mother was possibly a nurse ‚ working in England at the time‚ and known to the Fahy family from Dublin (Kathleen’s family)
I believe that the Doolan’s from County Offaly are possible relatives (due to DNA results). And Goldthorp is the father‚ confirmed by DNA
238. AngelaMcCormack : My name is Angela Khristina Mc Cormack. My son was born in a hospital in Belfast in December 1985. He was christened Dara‚ Joeseph McCormack and was baptised as a Catholic in Holy Cross Church‚ Lisnaskea County Fermanagh‚ Northern Ireland.
I had some photos of Darragh as a baby which I believe were passed on to the family through my aunt who was a sister in the convent of the Sisiters of Mercy in Ballyshannon. Darragh stayed for a while with a foster family outside Lisnaskea. He was then placed with his forever home a catholic family who were teachers from Derry who were unable to have chidren of their own.
I would love to meet my son again. Any help you can give would be amazing. Not a day has gone by that I have not regretted the decision I made to have Darragh adoted. He would now be 37‚ 38 in December. Please help to find him. Thank you.
I was matched with my birth mother just minutes after setting up my profile. It turns out that she had been searching for me for years. It's been a joy to connect with her and the rest of my biological family.
