Ji Yuan-shen of Dingmao District of Zhenjiang City‚ Jiangsu Province was the Guardian listed on my Chinese birth certificate.
I was found to have been forsaken in the doorway of Zhenjiang Social Welfare Society on Dec. 31‚ 1997.
I am now looking to find and reconnect with my birth parents or other immediate family members.
62. Chipsmatt : Our daughter was born in Xuzhou‚ China around the 15th of July‚ 2003. She had a cleft lip and palate. She was found in a box with a red cloth wrapped around her when she was about 5 days old. She had gotten jaundiced. The day that she was found it was raining lightly‚ so her name was Zheng‚ Yu Yu. A worker at the hospital near to where she was left brought her inside the hospital. We are hoping to find her birthparents.
64. IsabelMaas : When I was 1‚5 years old‚ I was abandoned at the entrance of the Yixing People's Hospital‚ Wuxi‚ Jiangsu‚ China. My parents left me there to be treated as I was suffering from pneumonia. The doctors treated me‚ but couldn't find my parents. I was sent by a police officer from Yixing Chengan Police Station to the Yixing Social Welfare Institute.
While I was left at the entrance of the hospital‚ I had on an old white jacket which was torn. My parents must have been very poor as they came to their final decision to leave me at the hospital to get treatment.
At 2 years old‚ I have been adopted from China and grew up in the Netherlands since then.

“was found at the back gate of Lime Plant No.46. and was sent to Gu Qiao Police Station. A letter was attached her writen by her nature parents.It indicated the birthdate of her and said they were too poor to raise her. They couldn't find a way to survive but abandon her. They hope a knid-hearted family could find her‚taking good care of her and bringing her up.It said the baby liked sweet food and milk powder. had some eczema at the time‚ the letter said please apply some ointment on it. There was half of a small packet of powder with her‚ perhaps it's talcum power.”
