180. ZoranGligic : Hallo‚
Leiblicher Vater hiess NENAD GLIGIC (inzwischen gestorben)
Hello, I am Zoran Gligic. I was adopted as a baby—at the age of one—by the Bauer family in Fürth. From what I have been told, it seems that my father was the one who wanted me to be given up for adoption. I do not know exactly how the whole process unfolded. I lived with the Bauer family until I was 14 years old (they were also fostering two other children—a girl and a boy—alongside me). At 14, I was legally reclaimed by my father and his wife at the time (who is not my biological mother); from then on, I lived with five half-siblings (four boys and one girl) in Ludwigsburg (Baden-Württemberg). My biological father’s name was Nenad Gligic (he has since passed away); my biological mother’s name is Slobodanka Mirkov (she may have remarried and taken a different name; I do not know whether she is alive or deceased). My simple wish is to see my mother just once—without any expectations—in order to resolve questions that have been on my mind for a long time.
I was matched with my birth mother just minutes after setting up my profile. It turns out that she had been searching for me for years. It's been a joy to connect with her and the rest of my biological family.
