I do not know whether he was given up for adoption or if the birth father‚ whom my mother divorced‚ maintained custody or contact. He would have been born in Bangkok. Not much to go on at this time‚ but I and my brother are hopeful to find more info on our older brother.

As a baby‚ she was given directly to my Swedish grandparents by her Thai birth mother‚ on or near a beach in the Pattaya area.
There was no hospital or orphanage involved.
A Thai lawyer helped with the process in Thailand‚ and we do have a name‚ but we are currently retrieving the full details from documents.
The adoption was later formalized in Gävle District Court‚ Sweden.
We have recently found my mother’s Thai name‚ but have no other names of relatives. We are searching for any biological family members‚ or anyone who may remember this situation‚ the lawyer‚ or other adoptions that occurred similarly at that time.

He was born at Maharaj Hospital and then went to the North Easyern Reception Home for Boys in Khon Kaen when he was 8 months old. We adopted him when he was 2 1/2 yrs old and he has been living in Colorado‚ USA since then.
