My mother was born around 1971 in or near Pattaya‚ Thailand. As a baby‚ she was given directly to my Swedish grandparents by her Thai birth mother‚ on or near a beach in the Pattaya area. There was no hospital or orphanage involved. A Thai lawyer helped with the process in Thailand‚ and we do have a name‚ but we are currently retrieving the full details from documents. The adoption was later formalized in Gävle District Court‚ Sweden. We have recently found my mother’s Thai name‚ but have no other names of relatives. We are searching for any biological family members‚ or anyone who may remember this situation‚ the lawyer‚ or other adoptions that occurred similarly at that time. Any help or connection would mean a lot to our family. Thank you.
