The last name the orphanage gave to me was Alvarez. It wasn’t until I looked at my adoption paperwork that I read a last name matching the one the orphanage supposedly gave to me. I am unsure if this is a real name of the woman who dropped me off‚ but I am hoping it’s my mother’s name‚ and praying to find my birthparents and/or any siblings! I was adopted into the USA in 1985.
