My name is Tesfaye‚ I am 29 yo from Italy. Unfortunately‚ I have very little info/documents about my story before being adopted to Italy. From what I can tell you for now‚ I know I was found abandoned in Addis Ababa on March 6th 1997 (Gregorian calendar‚ should be 27 Yekatit 1989 in Ethiopian calendar) by police next to a market place very early in the morning. Carried to the police station and then brought to the Kibebe Tsehay orphanage for some months. Later transferred to Centro Aiuti Per l’Etiopia where my Italian adoptive parents brought me to Italy.
