153. Reygiepuangco : My husband Reygie (41 years old) is looking for his half sister‚ I made him this profile to see where it takes us. His biological mother (her name was Rosita) passed away in the Philippines around the year 1993-1994. He was told that Rosita had another daughter (who is probably around the age of 37ish today) who was adopted from the Philippines (Manila) by a Canadian family‚ or possibly just taken to Canada by her biological father around 1994‚ 1995 or 1996 (or possibly earlier‚ who knows). He was told the daughter's name is Dorris Miller‚ and that her father was a Canadian white guy who may have been in the military/based in the Philippines at the time. This is all the information he really knows about her‚ so he has never been able to find her. Who knows if Dorris is actually even her name? His biological mother’s last name is Anquilan (Rosita Anquilan‚ may be misspelled). He does not know if his half sister even knows anything about their Mom‚ or that he exists‚ so she may not be looking for anyone. She may have been raised by her father (just like he was)‚ who he's been told is Canadian.
154. ASCB : Hello‚ I just want to know who are my biological parents. Especially my mom since she left me in University of Santo Tomas hospital. I am thankful because of that I was led to be adopted by a very loving and sweet family. I hope I get to see them.
155. Kategarassino : I was left in the turning cradle at hospicio de San Jose in August of 1975 around August 17 (my documented birth date) in Manilla‚ Philippines. I was adopted through the now defunct International Alliance of Children under Sister Theresa Mabasa. I have a birth certificate that states I was listed as a "foundling" and thus adopted in Connecticut upon my arrival to the states in 1976.
My birth mother left me in the cradle with the nuns so there was no documentation at that time.
I believe I am full Filipina.
I would like to know if there are any birth records to find my birth mothers long shot but worth it.
156. Paulblaebaum : Was found with another child that was suppose considered my brother . Did not speak the same language as the people in Manila so it was expected that I came from Davao and was southern . They said I spoke a different dialect than the locals . I was adopted at 6 years old with my suppose brother who was 9 at the time . We were called Paul Sansa and Jon Jon Sansa . That’s what the police men that found us called us . They believe we were on the streets for some time and apparently there had been a typhoon at the time displacing children . I have a long second toe and so does my brother Jon . They believe if we aren’t actually brothers that we have been cousins ‚family or even just lived in the same village . Jon has a disability . I was born January 24‚1987 . That’s my birthday but they based my age off my teeth . I was told I could be older or even younger then what the original before . The doctor estimates at 4 years age different so my age is not 100% I did ancestry dna and got no where .
158. Noelzachrisson : Hello my name is Emmanuel Zachrisson and I always thought I was half Swedish/Filipino because my father was Swedish‚ but my DNA test revealed otherwise. I'm half Filipino and half Maltese‚ with a little French DNA. And I have a lot of French dna matches‚ as well as Swiss and Maltese and some from Ireland and England and italy. I think maybe my mother had an affair when my "Father" was out at sea working or they stole me somehow from my mother. I need to find my parents.
Best regards
159. Michaeldus : I was told my mother's name is Liza Escoton. My adoptive parents were not able to go to where I was born as was told it was to dangerous so I was brought to the main land. The name I was given was Michael and they believe that came from my biological mother. I am looking for my biological parents but do not have much to go on. I have done an ancestry DNA test.
160. Sarahfitzgeraldd : My name is Sarah Fitzgerald and I was adopted at the age of four from an orphanage located in Manila. Originally the orphanage directors have said I was found on the streets of Cavite city where markets were taking place. I am looking for my family as it’s been a life long mission of mine to receive answers and information leading to any relations of mine biologically.
162. KimbaKat86 : I have been told that there were other siblings that were adopted out. I was perhaps the 6th or 7th child and adopted by a family that worked with a lawyer that exclusively worked with American military personnel.
163. JoshRay08 : I was at least 14-16 years old when I asked a question about my birth mom's name to my adopted mom‚ then showed me my birth certificate with also the medical records of my birth mom's name and I was emotional sad and excited at the same time. After seeing the records‚ I didn't know that I had a older sibling and I also had the same emotion of wanting to know of my birth mom and my older sibling
164. Oldskool22ph : Hello. I was born in UERM hospita in Sta. Mesa‚ Manila dated April‚ 1979. I was told that my real mother's name is Josefina Magat. I know that this is a longshot but it took a lot of courage for me to post this and look for my real mother. I always feel incomplete and the longing for identity has been unbearable. Anyone who knows her or has and information about her‚ pls. let me know.
165. Regpres : Hello.
