I was born in 1978‚ but my story truly begins in 1979 when I was found on the street of Mumbai‚ India. I was taken to Sion Hospital. What happend to me between 1979 and June 1981 remains a mystery. a missing part of my life that I’ve carried with me for a long time.
In June 1981‚ I was brought to the orphanage named Asha Sadan. My name at the time was Kali‚ or that way have been the name I was given when I arrived. I don’t know who gave it to me or what meaning it holds in my story‚ but is the only piece of my identity I have from that time.
In march 1983‚ I was adopted to Sweden‚ where I have grown up and lived my life. But my heart still carries a deep longing to understand more about where I come from and what happened to me in those early‚ formative years before I came to the orphanage.
Unfortunately I don’t have much information. Still I sincerely hope that someone out there might know something or be able to help me find out more about my background.
With Kind regards
Terese
