31. Ezati-talab : Hi I have information and name of the orphanage in which I was placed‚ but it’s in Farsi and I don’t read Farsi. I am told I was born in Gorgan‚ Iran in late December 1969. I was abandoned on the doorsteps of a police station‚ then taken to a special needs orphanage in Tehran. I was born with amniotic band syndrome (deformed fingers and right foot) and a club foot on my right foot. Apparently at some point in my infancy I had surgery to fix the club foot.
I was at the orphanage until late 1976‚ when an American family adopted me. We lived in Bandar-e-Abbas until we left for the United States in the summer of 1977.
That’s all I know. Thank you.
33. Armita : When I was about 10 days old‚ I was deposited on the steps of a bathhouse in Malayer. I was then taken to Fara Diba’s orphanage in Tehran.
34. RLHicks : I was adopted at age of 2-3 years old from an orphanage in Tehran Iran in 1974. The orphanage was associated with the Red Lion and Sun Society. My adoptive parents were a U.S. military couple stationed in Tehran. My given name was Shokooh. That is all I know.
36. Gigi1976 : My birth mother was abandoned in Teheran in late 1958/59. She was found by a US Soldier who adopted her through the embassy. She was tattooed with a green dot on her forehead at the time she was abandoned. The adoptive father was Edward Donlin from Florida.
38. Ava005 : no knowledge or information about my biological parents ‚ im born in isfahan and all i know is that im adopted. i need to know about my biological family as its tearing me apart not knowing. born on maybe the 2nd of october 2005 maybe a few days after that or a few days before im not sure
39. LeylaAnahita-213 : Ich bin aus dem Iran 1980 adoptiert. Ich wurde in Ghom vor einer Moschee in Obhut gegeben. Leider weiß ich nicht mein genaues Geburtsjahr.?
40. Sdot1997 : I was born on 5th January 1997 at Omid Hospital in Tehran‚ Iran.
According to what I've been told my father got a teenager pregnant. The mother wanted him to commit‚ he chose not to as he was already married.
My birth mother allegedly decided to give me to my dad and his wife who raised me in London‚ UK since 2000.
I have just been given this info. I don't know where to begin with learning the truth. My birth mother allegedly checked in with my adopted mother's details name so apparently all records are falsified.
I just want to know where i come from & anything about my real mother
I was matched with my birth mother just minutes after setting up my profile. It turns out that she had been searching for me for years. It's been a joy to connect with her and the rest of my biological family.
