14. Noorjahan : I don’t know where I was born‚ and I don’t really know anything about myself. All I know is that I was with my family and we were on our way to Delhi or New Delhi. But on the way there I fell asleep on the train and when I woke up I was alone. I lived in an orphanage in Punjab before I was given a new identity and adopted by a family in Canada. I have always wanted to find my birth family but I haven’t had a lot of information to work with. I really hope I can reunite with them someday and see how they are doing.
I was matched with my birth mother just minutes after setting up my profile. It turns out that she had been searching for me for years. It's been a joy to connect with her and the rest of my biological family.
