8. Mesha2019 : I was told I was adopted from Mother Theresa’s orphanage. My birth name was Dahlia and I believe I was in Calcutta. I was flown to the USA in August of 1984. I was adopted through the international mission of hope agency.
9. Kerrik30 : 38 yo male was adopted and given the date of birth August 15th 1982. The orphanage advised adoptive parents boy was 2 years old. The adoptive parents said he looked more like a 5 yo. He was taken from India from an orphanage that whipped him with a whip on his back and still has scars today from the abuse he received to Hudsonville Michigan in united states. Adoptive parents are deceased as they were older when the adoption took place. He wants to find out if he was truly given up or was stolen or lost.
10. LWGarmer : The names of the children are Payel Shaw (girl, age 9-10) and Bhawani Shaw (boy, age 6-7). They are from Boinda (Angul District, Odisha Province). Their mother’s name is Nilli Shaw. Their father’s name is Subasa Shaw. Their older brother’s name is Subasa Shaw. Their older sister’s name is Nana Shaw. They lived in a small house in Boinda. At some point, Bhawani burned the house down. After that, the family was homeless and spent much time at Boinda train station. It was there that Payel and Bhawani became separated from their mother (the children were on a parked train that started moving). This happened about 3 to 3 1/2 years ago. We have more relevant details to share. We also have DNA samples from the children, who are currently in the United States.
11. Navieta : I was born in a village or tribe called Neemchak or Nimchak in 1974. I was 4 years old and I was sent to a Missionaries of Charity orphanage in old Delhi. I lived there until I was adopted by an American family at 5 yrs. I’m now 44 and am trying to locate any family in the Bhagalpur-area. My documentation said I had 3 sisters. Unfortunately I don’t know their names. I have a black ring tatoo on my left hand near my thumb just slightly smaller than a dime. Maybe this indicates I’m from a tribe? I wasn’t able to find anything concrete on this. I think I remember being in rice fields/rice patties I took a train to the orphanage and had at least an overnight stay I had with me an ivory bracelet that they gave to me to keep.
