My little brother, Timothy Michael, and my little sister, Heather, were born in Rock Springs, Wyoming the 1992 to 1994 range. I advocated for their adoption because our mother was not a responsible parent but I was only a teenager and couldn’t adopt the children myself. Their father was Mexican so they may look so or they may take more after mom with green eyes and dark brown hair. They could have had the last name at birth of either Johnston or Romero. Heather is the older of the two and hopefully, they were adopted together. If they find this- know I love you and have been searching a long time. Well, at least since I figure you were eighteen.
