Hello I was adopted at 8 days old from a Doc office in Sheridan WY. I believe this was an adoption that's fairly open‚ I was told all Id have to do if I wanted to know name of birth mother is call the WY HEALTH DEPT & pay a small fee. when I've done this 'Im told its so long ago that i have to do all this stuff to even get an inquiry started.
