Searching for my father’s birth mother. My father was born May 18‚ 1976 at Ivinson Memorial Hospital in Laramie‚ Wyoming. His birth mother’s first name listed in the non-ID file is Arneta. She was about 20 years old at the time (born around 1955–1956)‚ Black‚ born in Illinois‚ Protestant‚ and worked as a secretary. She enjoyed dancing. In July 1977‚ she was arrested in Denver‚ Colorado on prostitution charges. My father was placed in foster care multiple times between Colorado and Wyoming. In 1979‚ she called from Nevada and signed over her parental rights so he could be adopted. No father was listed. I am hoping to identify my grandmother or any relatives on her side.
