looking for my daughter that I terminated my right when she was 3 years old to better her and her brother life. She was named Janessa Jean Anderson at birth on Feb 22 1999. She would have possible a brother that was 2 weeks short of a year younger. he was born feb 8 2000. I was told would stay together. His name at birth was Ryan Michael James Loew. Both born in Eau Claire wis Luthern Hospital. I volunteered my parental Rights believing they would be adopted by a family together then later found out they were never adopted by that family together.
