I am looking for my biological parents and any possible brothers or sisters. I know I was in foster care for a few months. I think I was adopted in April 1959. I know the lady who was handling the adoption name was Pearl. I think her last was Bailey or Hayes. I grew up in Ashland/Washburn WI right on Lake Superior. I know my preadoption name was Peter and my birth mother wrote a note to my adoptive mother with nationalities and eating habits on it. I was born on Jan 4‚ 1959.
