I named her Carolyn Sue Clark but the birth certificate was typed incorrectly. Her name on the birth certificate was Carlyn Sue Clark. I made sure that I wrote that she could contact me at any time. My name is Mary Diane Hallberg Clark. Her father’s name was William Henry Clark. He has since passed away. We had three daughter after I regretfully gave her up.
