I was born in Fon du Lac WI on July 1 1973. born 5lb 9.5 oz. 19" long. My adoptive mothers hand written notes indicate my birth parents were 17 years old and in high school. I was placed in foster care. Birth mother had me for 2 weeks and surrendered me back to the foster home. Birth mother described as petite, brown hair blue eyes, 5’ tall, German/Irish, had asthma as did 1 sister and 2 brothers. Father described as 5’6, medium build, fair complexion, blonde, blue eyes, German descent. played in band part time. Also had asthma. I was placed with my adoptive parents on Sept 13 1973.
