I have been tryin to find my biological father for a few years. I was told his name is Micheal Cushing. I do know he lived in Wisconsin for a long time but I can not find him. My name is Kelly Hall,( Hall being my adopted name when I was two) and I was born in mauston Wisconsin, I know my mother and Micheal lived together for a period of time. I believe micheals mother was almost full blown German. But I do not no much. I do not know if his name was on any records, or if my mother changed my name from Cushing to her maiden name Miller.
