My father was still in high school when my brother was born (as was the mother.) They were living in Thorp, WI, so the birth/adoption were likely in Eau Claire, Chippewa Falls, or nearby. Most of my siblings have an eye shaped birthmark somewhere (mine is on my abdomen.) Bryan Rossman and Terri Rygiel are the parent names. Unfortunately, my father passed several years ago and did not open the adoption before that happened.
