Hello‚ I am searching for the biological father of my father (so my biological grandfather). My father was born in February 4th‚ 1963 in Oshkosh‚ WI. He was raised by his birth mother in the Rosendale/Ripon area‚ and I am looking for the birth father. I have reason to believe he wanted to be involved in my fathers life‚ but was denied by my grandmother.
