Looking for half sister. Born 1978 (or 1977?) Platteville‚ WI area. I recently found out that my biological father had a daughter in 1978 with his high school girlfriend. The child‚ a little girl‚ was adopted. I believe this took place in Platteville‚ WI (or nearby) in or around 1978. My father’s name is Phil Jacoby. He passed away in 2017. I don’t have any names or any other information. I was told this was a closed adoption. I’m just eager to find my sister if she is out there and as curious as I am.
