I was born at St. Mary’s Hospital at 2:56 p.m. St. Mary’s Hospital is located in Green Bay‚ WI. Karl A. Mohr‚ MPH‚ R.S. signed by birth certificate on August 10‚ 1967. I was the only child born‚ no twins or triplets‚ etc. My adoptive parents‚ Donna May Felauer and Lavern Francis Mullen‚ are the parents listed on my birth certificate. Their address listed is 5730 N. Ballard Rd.Appleton Wisconsin. This was a closed adoption. My adotption was finalized on October 4‚ 1968 in Outagamie County Wisconsin. Attorney Stanley Schmiel oversaw my adoption. My adtoptive mother‚ Donna‚ told me that after being discharged from St. Mary’s Hospital‚ I was entered into the foster care system. I lived in foster homes and had several hospitalizations until I was 14 months old when my parents adopted me. I do not have any information regarding the hospitalizations. My mom told me that I weighed 14 pounds at the age of 14 months at the time my adoption was finalized. I am an only child. My parents were unable to have children of their own. They made the decision to not adotpt other children after they adopted me. I was raised in a home filled with love‚ kindness‚ many fun times‚ etc. To the lady who gave me up for adtoption I would like to say thank you. That had to be the hardest decision she ever made in her life‚ it was the best decision she ever made in her life. Contact me.
