Looking for a brother that is believed to have been born in September or October of 1964 and given up for adoption. I’m guessing it was in Racine, WI. as that is where I (we) are from. I also believe the birth would have been at St Luke’s Hospital. Not sure how to even begin this process but hope that this is a good start.
