Baby girl born on 12/14/1976 at st. Francis Hospital , South Milwaukee , Wisconsin Lutheran Social Services arranged adoption to family based in upper Michigan, both adopted parents were in 30’s Catholic and college education. Had been waiting I was told 7 yrs to adopt. Adoption finalized in spring of 1977. I was not from Wisonsin but was staying with relatives in South Milwaukee to give birth. My home state was Illinois as was birth father. They were given brief bios of both birth parents and pictures of each were included in file.
