Recently found out that our Mom gave a daughter up for adoption in 1961 in Milwaukee WI. Her birth name was Jerry Lynn Cook or Downing. Her dob 07/19/1961. Her biological father was killed in a motor cycle accident before she was born. I am being told that she was born in Milwaukee WI at Mesicordia Hospital and that the adoption took place within 1-2 days after birth. Her birth mother is now deceased (she passes away Aug of 2016).
