I was born in Burlington Wisconsin, the adoption took place rather quickly after birth from what I understand. The hospital that I was born in was Memorial Hospital and the obstetrician was Richard Ellingstad M.D. It is recorded my birth mother having 1 brother and 2 sisters. Also recorded, the alleged birth father had 5 brothers and 2 sisters, he was in the construction field at the time. I currently still live in Wisconsin and would just like to be able to thank my birth mother for having the courage to do what she did and possibly find out some family history.
