Our mother‚ Genevieve Neis (maybe spelled Nies) gave a baby boy up for adoption in La Crosse‚ Wisconsin through Catholic Charities. We believe he lived at the St. Michael’s Orphanage until his adoption. We believe he was born around January of 1950 My 4 siblings and I did not know about our half-brother until one year ago and have been searching for him. We understand from the state agency that he rents a home in Illinois with his wife (married in 1972). We would like to connect.
