My name is Nicole Elizabeth Lange I was Nicole Elizabeth Biernat at birth I know my birth mother wanted to name me Shauna but my adoptive parents chose a name already. I was born in New London Wisconsin placed up for adoption in Appleton Wisconsin (this agency is now closed) and fostered in Black Creek at some point in time. I have some paperwork not much to work with. I did try to investigate my adoption on my own but I have limited assets and funding. I myself am low income I have children and I just want my children to finally meet my family with me I am a year from 40 and health information is what would be the best to know and I know nothing much on my father... I hope this helped I just crave knowing my roots my adoptive parents did a family tree and it didn’t feel right to me that I was included when I’m not truly a part of their bloodline They are good people I just never clicked with them it’s a long tramatic life story...
