My father was born August 25th, 1969 at Columbia St. Mary’s Hospital in Milwaukee, WI. He was adopted from a Catholic Charities (we believe around October 1969) by Veronica and Ronald Ceszynski. My mother has been searching for years, but to no avail. For my brother and I’s sake, I want to be able to learn about his medical history. Any leads or assistance would be greatly appreciated.
