The only thing I know is that my mom gave my brother up for adoption when she was 17 years old. At the time she was living in either Janesville WI or Iola WI. The father was a foreign exchange student from Australia. My brother was born around 1977‚ it was a closed adoption and I am not sure when he was officially adopted‚ he may have gone into the foster care system.
