Hello‚ I am attempting to try and locate the birth mother of a close friend and mentor of mine. Her adoption took place in Milwaukee‚ WI - Milwaukee County. She knows nothing of her birth parents. She does know that her original name was Elizabeth‚ and that her mother may have a been a student. She was able to obtain records‚ however the records were redacted‚ and information regarding the birth parents removed. I’m kind of just trying anything to help her.
