I am looking for my half-brother. We share a father. At the time‚ he was unable to be a part of my brother’s life due to some circumstances and a young age. The information I have is that his birth name was likely Christopher Williams born to Karen Williams either in California at an Army base or in Wisconsin‚ the mother’s home state. Karen had sent a letter to my father with this information‚ but I do not have any more than that and I am not sure how accurate it is after over 50 years.
