I’m looking for any help what so ever in gathering more information about my husbands birth, adoption and birth parents if possible. Him and his twin. The little information we gave and can give (besides putting his name on here): DOB: 11/17/1988 Believed to have been born in: Neenah, WI (Winnebago county) He also had a twin brother who was adopted with him. Before being adopted, they floated around to a few different foster homes.
