I am searching for my bio half-brother who was given up for adoption. He was born June 10‚ 1981. It was a closed adoption (I think) and it happened in Wisconsin. My mom was a student at UW-EC at the time‚ so I don’t know if it was in Eau Claire or not? His given name was Matthew John (but I don’t know the last given) it might have been Faulks. I don’t have a whole lot of information‚ but I’ve always wanted to learn more about him.
