Family Looking for our brother, BRUCE HANSEN born in 1960,61 or 62 in Wi.,possibly Milwaukee,Neenah, New London,Wi areas . Birth parents named, Jardis HANSEN (single) and Richard Rose. Our mother was in her late teens when Bruce was born, and she previously birthed a child (Me) in 1959 that was placed for adoption. As stated by our mother, she and Bruces father were given the child to name hold and feed, and did so for approx 4 hours. Then medical staff came in and took Bruce from them and whisked him away, never to be seen again by our parents. The Dr.Came back in and stated that Bruce had died due to heart complications. My mother stated she never saw a death certificate, nor did any one else in the family. No burial/no funeral and the Dr. stated that they didn’t need to worry and it was all handled for them. Our folks were just to young and naive to ask any further questions. Over the years our questions have mounted and we believe Bruce may not have died,but instead,placed for adoption due to our mothers martial status (single), her age, and her previous pregnancy in her young teen years. Bruce may even have been placed with an adoption agency after his birth in Rhinelander, Wi. It was the same one I was placed in, prior to my adoption. Bruce has 6 full blooded brothers and sisters by his same biological parents that would love him to meet him and to know his biological family. Even if he may not want to meet us, we have extremely important family medical information we’d like to share with him that could be of great help for him or any of his family members, Could possibly even save a life. We look forward to hearing from you Bruce.
