Hello. I was born Nov. 6‚ 1974 in La Crosse‚ WI at St. Francis Hospital. Dr. John T. Skemp was the physician who delivered me. I was adopted through Catholic Social Services a month after my birth. My birth parents provided the agency with a family medical history and the notable fact of a sibling of my biological parent was born with extra digits (toes) on feet. My birth mother was 5’3" with strawberry blond hair and green eyes. My birth father 5’9" or so with brown hair and brown eyes. I would love to locate my birth parent(s)‚ any siblings‚ and extended family. I am hoping to connect and possibly meet you. I have so many questions. Anxiously Awaiting... Emily
