My mother and father were separated or divorced at the time of the birth. My father received some type of government notice about Baby Boy Meyers. He had not been with my mother in two years and definitely was not the father. My mother lived in Baraboo, WI but went to live with a family friend in Chicago during the pregnancy. I do not know if the baby was adopted in Wisconsin or Illinois. She never shared any details with me or with her close friends.
