My father was adopted in Green Bay, WI in 1951. He was born in April of 1949. His mother was 17 when she had him and this was her 2nd child. His father was roughly 24 and in the service from the information that I received in the redacted adoption case file. It also appears that he was injured while in the service. My father has since passed away and I am just looking for information regarding his family. I also know that his mother and 2 sister that were 28 and 22 at the time of his birth, as well as 3 brothers ages 25, 12 and 7,
