Trying to help my boyfriend locate his birth parents for personal and medical reasons. He was born in or around Neenah, WI on November 17th, 1988 and was a twin. They were in foster homes younger and officially adopted in 1994. My boyfriend has been experiencing some medical issues and concerns and he is in need of finding out medical history of his biological family. He does not know what his name was at birth, place of birth as far as hospital or his birth parents name.
